The executive suite was spacious with a separate room for the kids. It had a mini fridge and a TV. The indoor pool was fun. we had it all to ourselves! Service was quick for extra pillows and blankets. Staff were friendly, and check-in was super smooth. Location was great for nearby attractions.

Not a fan of the cleanliness left to be desired. I found stains on the bedding, which is a major turn-off. The thermostat in my room was malfunctioning, and despite notifying them, no one showed up to fix it during the crucial time we were getting ready for a wedding. Adding to the excitement, a false fire alarm went off early morning, leading to an unnecessary evacuation, which didn’t contribute to a restful experience.

The check-in was easy, and my room was spacious with huge windows! The bed was super comfy and those soft pillows were a welcome touch. But man, the tub backed up during my shower, yikes! Grabbed breakfast at the bar/lounge area—really good pancakes, by the way! Great location for exploring local restaurants on Walnut.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, especially since we had it to ourselves! It was great having a separate room in the suite for our little ones to nap while we relaxed. Everyone had a fun time overall.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the rooms had standard amenities like a microwave and fridge for families traveling with babies.

i really loved the beautiful outdoor spaces and lobby at university plaza. the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. it's perfectly located near the courthouse, making it convenient for both convention attendees and families visiting students. the atmosphere was truly inviting and relaxing, and i appreciated the wellness options in my PURE wellness king room.

It was a solid selection for getting around the area in Springfield with good value. The breakfast was decent, but the staff could use better communication about the rules. Park smart to avoid the garage fees if possible.
